What are the refund rules?

We will do a refund in the following cases:

  • if the problem is detected on our side and Adventum cannot resolve it for more than 10 days (10 days delay)
  • short-term or long-term inability to provide new reports
  • changing the business strategy of the project
  • termination of the project

In all the above cases, our users will be notified by e-mail about the situation as soon as possible. The same email address that was provided for sending reports will be used for such notifications.

The second notification will be sent 10 days after the first one if there is no response.

In the response message, the user must specify the address of the cryptocurrency wallet to which the refund should be made.

If a user ignores both notifications or responds later than 30 days after the day of sending the 2nd notification, it means that he/she refuses to need a refund. In this case, the refund option is cancelled.

Adventum has to process the refund operation within 5 days refaund period from the date of receiving an address of the cryptocurrency wallet to which the refund should be made.

At the same time:

  • If the payment was made in ETH, the refund will be made in ETH in the amount equivalent to the user’s subscription price in EUR at the date and time of the refund operation
  • If the payment was made in BTC, the refund will be made in BTC in the amount equivalent to the user’s subscription price in EUR at the date and time of the refund operation
  • Adventum can choose the date and time of processing the refund operation within the refund period on its own
  • All transactions are processed in the CET (Central European Time) time zone
